About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Officer to join our Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will coordinate and implement marketing projects, communications, and events that support CSBP Fertilisers’ strategic objectives and brand positioning. You’ll play a key role in shaping the way we engage with growers, stakeholders, and industry partners, working closely with various stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or marketing professional with a passion for the agricultural industry and digital marketing to make an impact and grow their career.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the development and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with CSBP’s strategic goals.

• Assist with the planning, management, and promotion of seasonal offers, brand initiatives, product launches, and regional marketing events.

• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing communications, including email campaigns, social media content, and website updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.

• Act as a super user for CSBP’s CRM , ensuring effective use of customer data to drive targeted marketing initiatives.

• Provide end-to-end support for events, including field days, customer visits, community events, and industry conferences.

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Do you have a mix of the following skills & experience?

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, agribusiness, agriculture, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, with experience in campaign management, event coordination, and digital marketing platforms.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

• Ability to create and curate engaging content, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach.

• Experience in or exposure to agriculture, agribusiness, or the resources sector is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics, Google Analytics, Canva) is a plus
