Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator

Reporting to the Brand and Communications Manager, the Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing function across Maas Group Holdings (MGH).
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive communication strategies, uphold brand governance, and support business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual content across various platforms, contributing to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and compliance with brand guidelines throughout all communications.
Key responsibilities:

Manage the marketing intranet page, ensuring content is up-to-date and manage the marketing calendar.
Assist in the development and execution of internal communications strategies.
Asist with community engagement initiatives, including managing sponsorships and partnerships.
Craft, edit, and review copy for various platforms, including websites, collateral, and media.
Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns, taking the lead when necessary and collaborating with external agencies as needed.
Develop and maintain marketing materials
Assist with company events, including coordination and creation of promotional materials to ensure successful execution.
Design and format corporate marketing materials in accordance with Maas brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all communications.

The following skills and capabilities are required for this role:

2+ years of experience in a similar role
A marketing generalist with good knowledge, experience and interest in many areas of the marketing matrix
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Stakeholder and project management skills
Strong analytical stills
Ability to work under pressure with multiple and competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
A team player with a collaborative approach.
Sound knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and a flair for design
