About Us:
Join our team at a leading mining operation in the Hunter Valley. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HME Maintenance Planner to play a pivotal role in our maintenance strategy and operational efficiency.
Role Overview:
As an HME Maintenance Planner, you will be instrumental in optimising our heavy mining equipment (HME) maintenance strategies. Your key responsibilities will include planning and scheduling maintenance activities, developing strategies to extend the life of our haul trucks, and minimising downtime through advanced planning techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance strategies for heavy mining equipment to extend machine life and optimise performance.
Analyse and adjust maintenance schedules to balance and reduce downtime of haul trucks.
Utilise SAP for planning, scheduling, and reporting maintenance activities.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address areas for improvement in equipment performance and reliability.
Apply deep-level strategies and lifecycle management principles to ensure the efficient operation of equipment.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar HME Maintenance Planner role, ideally within a mining environment.
Strong background in haul truck maintenance and heavy mining equipment.
Proficiency in SAP for maintenance planning and management.
Trade background preferred, with a solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of maintenance strategies and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
