About the Assignment Operating from Santos global headquarters in Adelaide, this role focuses on designing and implementing innovative learning strategies and frameworks that enhance capability across the organisation, with a key focus on digital learning outcomes. You will take the lead in crafting impactful learning experiences that drive performance, leadership development, and business growth.
Tasks include:
Designing and executing learning programs that support the People Experience strategy (onboarding, capability building, performance enhancement, talent management, and career development)
Driving the development of digital learning initiatives and e-learning strategies to increase the organisation’s use of digital platforms
Developing tailored learning solutions that address specific business needs, leveraging a variety of tools, platforms, and methodologies to optimise learning outcomes
Consulting across the business to understand learning needs and business objectives, with a view to embedding meaningful initiatives and positive business acceptance upon release of new initiatives
Preparing high-quality executive reports, data and proposals that detail learning strategies and outcomes for business approval
Developing and implementing change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of learning initiatives
Managing relationships with external suppliers, ensuring that learning solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Keeping a pulse on industry trends and advancements in learning design to ensure learning strategies remain innovative and forward-thinking
About You Ideally you will demonstrate:
Expertise in Learning and Leadership Development with a focus on learning design, frameworks, and program creation
Experience applying design thinking to craft innovative learning strategies and programs
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on learning design and program delivery
Advanced project management abilities, particularly in the planning, execution, and delivery of learning initiatives
A team-oriented approach, committed to supporting the broader goals of the People & Culture function
Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments that demand creative, future-focused learning solutions
Qualifications in HR, OD, L&D, Business or a related field, coupled with experience delivering learning solutions within a large and complex organisation.
