Leadership and Management Trainer and Assessor Position in Launceston.

Australian Federation College (RTO 45616, CRICOS Provider No.: 03854G), located in Melbourne CBD and Launceston, Tasmania, is a quality RTO offering a wide range of course to cater the diverse needs of its existing and prospective students. Exciting opportunities for qualified leadership trainer & assessor to join our academic team.
We have part-time/ contract/or casual position available for the right candidate.
Key Requirements:

Assist students with the transition to life and study in a new environment.
Facilitating engaging and highest quality training for our learners.
Assessing learner competence.
Taking part in validation and moderation sessions as required.
Assist in continuous improvement and development of the RTO resources.
Maintain VET and industry currency at all times.
Perform duties in an ethical and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date about changes in ESOS framework.

Ongoing training, supports and career development opportunities will also be provided to suitable candidate/s.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications Requirements:
- Must have relevant qualification (i.e. BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or higher);
- Must have recent (in the last 3 years) industry experiences in training field;
- Must have TAE40116 or higher qualification or TAE40110 (including TAELLAN411/ equivalent and TAEASS502/ equivalent);
- Must have evidence of recent VET and Industry PD activities; and
- Legal Australian work rights.
Desirable Skills and Qualities:
- Working experiences with International students are preferred; and
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
