Busy Bees at Cameron Grove is a 94-place service, that welcomes you with nurturing home-like environments and beautiful outdoor spaces where children are encouraged to ignite their sense of curiosity and discovery. The service is located close to public transport. On-Site, undercover parking is available for staff as well.
Our facilities are well maintained and clean and we have a beautiful, large staff room for our team. We are also very proud of our mud kitchen, swing, fort, vegetable garden, slides and sandpit!

Essential Qualifications & Licences:
-
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).
-
A current and valid check that confirms the candidate's suitability to work with children.
-
First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
-
Current & valid Australian Work Rights
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
-
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality education and outcomes.
-
Previous experience as a Lead Educator/Room Leader required (1+ years' experience minimum)
-
Proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring educators in early childhood settings.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families, colleagues, and management.
-
Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating tailored educational programs.
-
Ability to foster positive, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
-
Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader, with the ability to support children with diverse needs.
-
Proficient in using software for documentation, family communication, and educational planning.
