Junior Marketing and Sales Assistant

Are you passionate about sales, marketing and brand development? Are you a recent school leaver or student looking to start your career in the workforce? Join our team as a Junior Marketing and Sales Assistant and help us grow our brand and customer base!
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and managing social media content across platforms
Assist with content creation and social media planning
Support sales efforts by making calls, handling orders and following up with customers
Design point-of-sale (POS) materials and support branding/packaging design projects
Contribute to the implementation and execution of sales strategies
Handle general office administration tasks as needed
Help with merchandising, product training and ensuring consistent brand presentation
Conduct cold calls and generate new leads
Attend trade shows and assist with exhibit setup and promotion
Support the development and maintenance of operating systems

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic design skills (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus)
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in sales, marketing or a customer-facing role is a bonus
