Junior IT Support Technician – Immediate Start

Location : Brisbane
Reports to : Managing Director, Cutting Edge Technical Services
Business Stream : Technical Services

We are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our team in Brisbane. If you are degree-qualified, eager to learn, and looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced technical environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and deploy computer workstations for internal and external projects.
Troubleshoot computer systems, operating systems, applications, and network issues.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of technical inventory, including Audio Visual equipment.
Provide user account management, system maintenance, and software updates.
Support on-site installations of computer systems, servers, and AV equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree qualified in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems, with troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Permanent Australian working rights are essential.
Availability for an immediate start.
