About Us: Chelle Care is a rapidly growing provider of Occupational Therapy services in Busselton, serving clients across the Southwest, Great Southern, and Peel regions of WA. The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant to join our team on a casual part-time basis. Working under the direction and supervision of our Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing support and therapy activities and programs, primarily for NDIS clients. Your role will also involve observing and reporting on physical progress, report writing, providing administrative assistance, and assisting with individual cognitive and physical therapy sessions to support our OT team in managing our caseload effectively.

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent
Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Genuine compassion and empathy for others
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
