Procare’s Factual Investigation Division are seeking
motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team as we continue to expand! We are seeking
Investigators ideally
experienced in
Workers Compensation investigations to come on board.
The role is busy but incredibly rewarding and enables you to have variety and autonomy over your day to:
- Assist investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
- Skip traces & witness location support;
- Prepare and draft factual reports;
- Attend various locations within Darwin and across the Northern Territory to interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner; and
- Support the operational needs within our Surveillance and Desktop Intelligence team.
We are interested in hearing from applicants seeking a
part time or casual role. We would also be keen to hear from
contractors who are established as a contracting entity.
About You:
- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations (or in process of completing);
- Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (or in process of obtaining);
- Have a current and valid driver's license and vehicle;
- Ideally have experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP claims;
- Have excellent written and verbal skills;
- Are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
- If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
