About the role:
The activities required of roles at this level are predominantly clinical in nature, but also provide support to a Practice Leader - Infection Control in management activities and in advocating for and providing advice to the business units across CQHHS on contemporary infection control practices to meet the business unit's strategic and operational objectives, CQHHS Quality, Safety and Risk strategic priorities and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) National Standards.
About you:
Mandatory qualification/s: Current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: Relevant post graduate qualification is highly desirable.
- Ability to guide and motivate to deliver results, assist to build teams, and encourage initiative and responsibility.
- Ability to work autonomously within a quality, safety and risk framework, and undertake preventative and management strategies to minimise or prevent clinical risk as it relates to infection control and application of relevant standards.

Total remuneration value of up to $10,992 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $54.44 - $58.30 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
