About the Role Samsung SDS Australia is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Officer to join our head office team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that enhance our organisational culture and support our business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring our HR practices align with our organisational values. Key Responsibilities □ Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new staff to ensure a seamless integration into the company. □ Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative services, including records management, HR correspondence, meeting and event coordination, and project documentation to facilitate efficient HR operations. □ HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies covering learning and development, employee movements, leave management, payroll, and occupational health and safety (OHS). □ Ad-Hoc Duties: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the HR team and meet overall business requirements.
