Job Description
We’re on the hunt for the next HR superstar to join our Team Experience team (that’s our HR team!) at Winning Group. As one of our HR Partners, your role will be pivotal in driving our mission to provide the best team member experience at every opportunity.
Team Experience is guided by three pillars of success: Culture, Performance and Wellbeing. About the Role As a HR Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of driving these pillars forward. You'll collaborate closely with managers and team members alike, offering strategic guidance, resolving complex IR issues, influencing people decisions with data and market trends, while implementing innovative yet practical solutions. Qualifications
Proven experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or advisory role.
Tertiary education in HR, Business, Law, Psychology or a related discipline.
A strong understanding of Australia’s employment law framework, HR best practices and both the creation and application of internal people policies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.
Confidence in communicating, with the ability to articulate complex information to varied audiences.
An understanding of behavioural science tools and the ability to leverage them effectively to influence positive team dynamics.
Strong digital literacy with experience navigating various HR systems, including HRIS's, ATS's, and employee engagement platforms.
Business acumen, with the ability to provide logical advice using a commercial mindset.
Sense of humour - non negotiable!

Applicants should be currently based in Australia and hold valid work rights.
Permanent full-time position based at HQ Waterloo.
