About the Role: We are searching for a motivated, meticulous and high-spirited individual to join our Novotel Brighton Beach team as our full time Housekeeping Supervisor! The Housekeeping Supervisor works closely with our housekeeping staff to ensure that the hotel provides exceptional cleanliness and service to all guests. Responsible for communication with other hotel departments, such as the Front Desk and Facilities, to provide updates on room statuses and to ensure all requests are completed. This role encompasses largely administrative tasks, so attention to detail and organisation are keys to success! Key Responsibilities:
Working with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure the professional and cost-effective running of the Housekeeping department
Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times with a bright smile
Various administrative tasks such as preparing reports, team rostering and emails
Monitoring equipment for periodical servicing to maintain efficiency
Conducting inventory on a regular basis and investigating stock losses
Liaise between departments of the hotel to ensure clear communication and coordination
Ensure cleanliness of rooms, public areas and back of house
Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
About you:
2 years experience in a similar role highly preferred
Knowledge of Orace Hospitality Opera Cloud PMS
Excellent work ethic and customer service skills
Demonstrate leadership and collaborative team culture
Strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
