Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services. Due to unprecedented growth on our QCH Project in South Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced Help Desk Manager. Responsible for the efficient delivery of Help desk and client interface services, the role will include the requirement to develop and manage help desk staff, processes, and procedures; ensure accurate and consistent processing of service events are provided, and compliance with all contractual site and company policies. This role requires a pro-active approach to safety and promotion and support of our safety culture framework. The Position
Ensure integrity and maintenance of data and specifications entered into QFM.
Monthly performance reporting.
Identifying process improvements and innovations.
Manage Help desk team including rostering covering 6am to 6pm
Managing the service delivery of the after-hours call sub-contractor.
Maintain and report on any complaints made to the help desk
The Person
Certificate in Business Administration
Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills
Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system.
In line with the required legislation, a valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
