Bruny Island Tasmania Summer Season
Hotel Bruny is located in Alonnah, Bruny Island Southern Tasmania. Here at Hotel Bruny, we believe in real food, real people and real stories.
As part of our team, you’ll be essential in ensuring our customers have an excellent experience. We’re looking for candidates who are proactive, have can-do attitudes and an exceptional approach to customer service.
Our ideal candidates will have:

2 years' experience in a similar roll
A passion for the hospitality industry.
Work well with others within the team.
Be reliable and punctual.
Friendly, well-spoken and able to communicate with our loyal, regular customers.
Demonstrates excellent presentation and attention to detail.
Have a reliable transportation - car or motorbike.
Have the right to work in Australia.

The successful applicants will be dedicated, energetic and self-motivated professionals who are capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Guest Service Attendants (Housekeeping):

Experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred by not essential.
Willingness to learn and work as a team.
Exceptional personal presentation
Manual driver's license preferred, but not essential.

Food & Beverage Attendants:

Restuarant waitress/waiter experience.
Experience in open and close of business.
Balancing and end of day till settlements.
Bottle shop operations.
Dealing with customer enquiries and feedback.
Current RSA certificate.
Barista experience is advantageous.

If you are willing to relocate, we are also able to offer accommodation options. You will also require your own personal transportation (car) as staff accommodation is not onsite and there is no public transport on Bruny Island.
Due to our industry, there will be day, night and weekend shifts available.
