Role Overview As the key driver of growth for Cared, you will play a vital role in building brand awareness, developing engaging content and driving Cared growth through effective marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be to develop campaign content that builds top of funnel engagement and lead generation. Key responsibilities
Develop, own and execute a high performing growth marketing initiatives across multiple channels (digital and traditional) that are aligned with Cared's mission, including lead gen from ideation to execution and analysis
Utilise data driven insights to constantly refine, redesign, and re-imagine
Build a consistent and strong brand identity across all marketing channels, including Cared website and materials.
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Operations, you’ll also work closely with marketing colleagues across the group to bounce ideas!
About you:
Hunger to own and execute!
At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced start-up environment
Deep experience of managing performance marketing with an in depth understanding of key platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta and Linked In
