Groundskeeper
Groundsperson for large apartment complex in Parap.
Duties: General grounds and garden maintenance and upkeep of the property to a high standard based on a provided schedule of maintenance.
Includes but not limited to upkeep of: gardens and garden beds, lawns and edging, outdoor walkways and common spaces, carpark and basement common spaces, ponds and aquatic life, external lighting (non electrical), BBQs and seating spaces, car wash, laundry, irrigation, cleaning of pools, fertilising and poisoning, maintenance of caretaking equipment.
Additional duties as required as agreed to by the Building Manager..
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
