Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants, landscaping, and maintaining outdoor spaces. You’ll be responsible for general garden maintenance, including planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and ensuring that our clients’ gardens are well-maintained and beautiful throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine garden maintenance, including mowing lawns, weeding, trimming, and pruning plants.
- Plant and care for new plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Maintain garden beds, mulch, fertilize.
- Design and implement basic landscape projects under guidance.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet gardening needs.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure gardens are kept clean and organised.
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plants, soil, pests, and diseases.
- Ability to operate garden tools and equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
- A valid driver’s license manual (required).
