The Role Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests. We're seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join the Metropol Team. Your key responsibility will be to supervise the daily operation of the Front Desk and oversees Front Desk in the absence of the Duty Manager during each rostered shift. This is to be achieved by appropriately managing the activities of the Front Desk and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, maintaining professional standards of service, and by ensuring that Crown Hotels policies, procedures and brand standards are adhered to across the Front Office department About You You’ll bring the following:
Hotel supervisory experience within a superior hotel
Strong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suite of products
Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System or similar is advantageous
Ability to effectively lead and motivate team members.
Ability to inspire the team and have a strong focus on continuous. performance improvement and development.
Required for managing day-to-day financial requirements such as ordering/reconciliations and effective labour management.
Strong customer service experience
