About the Position:
Zen Dentistry, a newly established family-oriented practice opening in Piara Waters, is actively seeking experienced Practice Manager to join our team.
Our practice is founded on principles of exceptional customer service and patient care, driven by our principal's dedication.

Utilizing cutting-edge technology such as Ems Airflow ITERO and in-house CBCT, we aim to achieve superior treatment outcomes and provide enhanced patient experiences through precise planning and visualization.

What You Need to Succeed:
> Exemplary leadership of clinic support staff including reception, nursing, and administration with a commitment to ongoing learning
> Supporting and influencing all stakeholders, implementing best practice while bringing others on the journey
> Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, leading with a can do attitude to deliver a positive outcome
> Managing the clinic operational requirements including financial performance, budgeting, service delivery, resourcing, patient bookings, rostering, accreditation and business development.
> Experience with Exact / Dentally software, Deputy and Xero software
> Previous experience in Dental industry mandatory
