Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Front of House staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a good enough understanding of Indian cuisine, and a proven track record in front-of-house roles. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly with a welcoming attitude.
Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with their orders.
Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
Professionally resolve guest complaints or issues.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a front-of-house role in a restaurant, preferably in an Indian or similar cuisine establishment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is a plus.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $21.38 – $37.76 per hour
