As a team leader, you will be required to assist the Food & Beverage manager in daily operations in all the venues, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for coordinating the work of the Food and Beverage Attendants in an efficient manner, whilst maintaining quality and standards.
- Have a full knowledge of the Outlet operations and roles
- Understand and supervise opening and closing procedures including a thorough knowledge of the Point of Sale and reservation system
- Maintain reservation guidelines and procedures that will optimize restaurant seating during busy services
- Ensure cleanliness of bar, tables, chairs, floor and general equipment. Assign staff to their stations and inform of any special request such as VIP guest or returning guests
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Be attentive in checking quality of food and beverage service and ensure all associates are adhering to the sequence of service.
