Some of your Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and assist with menu planning, ensuring we maintain high sanitation standards.
During peak meal periods, actively support servers and hosts on the floor to deliver exceptional service.
Continually improve guest and associates satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in the areas of responsibility.
Assess the training needs necessary to achieve the goals and implement the appropriate plans to ensure the team is well-prepared and supported.
