Some of your Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and assist with menu planning, ensuring we maintain high sanitation standards.
- During peak meal periods, actively support servers and hosts on the floor to deliver exceptional service.
- Continually improve guest and associates satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in the areas of responsibility.
- Assess the training needs necessary to achieve the goals and implement the appropriate plans to ensure the team is well-prepared and supported.
