We currently have vacancies for a Breakfast supervisor and F&B bar Supervisor.
Bar Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range 66,000 - 85,000).

Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient and cordial attention to all guest needs
Ensure good communication throughout the department
Previous F&B Supervisory experience
Positive Communication – verbal and non-verbal
30 - 40 hours per week between 12 pm -11.30 pm, includes opening and closing shifts.
Delivering exceptional customer service, driving initiatives and expanding boundaries – always looking for ‘that next step’.

Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employement position.

Exceed customer expectations in providing prompt and courteous food and beverage

services such as serving customers, processing orders and attending to customer’s needs.

Assume responsibility for Food & Beverage outlets in the absence of the Restaurant

Manager

Efficiently respond to customer complaints and enquiries
Initiate immediate enquiry into guest feedback and ensure corrective action is taken, and

report such incidents and actions to Management

Ensure that all restaurant staff deliver prompt, efficient and cordial attention to all guest

needs

Genuine, authentic experience within bars and leading people
Passionate about serving people with high-quality outcomes
Be part of an established team, mentoring and developing F&B staff
