Redcape Hotel Group is seeking passionate and caring hospitality professionals to join our team at Eden Brewhouse as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully operate the hotel's food & beverage operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences.
Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours

Possess a current/valid RSA & RSG (or a willingness to obtain)
Previous experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
