This role will see you solving design problems across Comm Sec App and Website. You will work across innovative projects that will provide unique challenges to deliver great value to our customers.

The Digital & Customer Experience Chapter Area in Comm Sec comprises of UX Designers, UI Designers, Digital Product Managers and Customer Strategy experts. The team is responsible for evolving the digital experiences across web and app at Comm Sec.
This role reports to an Experience Design Chapter Lead.

Your skills and experience
You are an enthusiastic problem-solver with great visualisation skills. You're good at:
- Human-centred design, understanding the relationships between people's behaviours and digital products systems thinking, capable of designing for the holistic ecosystem beyond the screen, leading the resolution of problems at all levels of detail: from the big picture to the nuts and bolts
- You are eager to design across web, responsive mobile and native apps
- Rapid prototyping, comfortable with various methodologies from free-hand sketching to white-board facilitation to wire framing
- Recognising aesthetic and visual design, knowing the difference between "good" and "great" work
- Moderate experience in Agile and/or LEAN projects
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Sound commercial acumen and strong communication skills
