Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality English tutoring to students in grades 5-12
- Creating personalized learning plans based on each student's needs and learning style
- Providing comprehensive support in various aspects of English, including reading, writing, and communication
- Fostering critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills in students
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
- Maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment
- Communicating with parents to provide progress reports and feedback
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring English to students in grades 5-12
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NSW syllabus requirements for English
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with students of all levels
- Passionate about education and fostering a love for learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
