The Assurance function nests within the External Workforce Hub. The Hub oversees use of the external market and enables business areas to use it well through development of policy and training, data analytics and assurance processes. The Hub also drives the successful implementation of the External Workforce Reform Action Plan through strategically designed and delivered communications and rigorous governance to track progress and ensure meaningful impacts are made to how Defence uses the external workforce.
