Your Role: As part of our Centre Leadership Team, you will:

• Collaborate with other education professionals, children, and families to challenge, inspire, mentor, and improve our educational programs and practices.
• Lead the development and implementation of a child-focused curriculum that maximizes each child’s development and learning.
• Support educators in assessing each child’s learning and development and establish clear goals for teaching practices.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.

About Our Centre: Welcome to our brand-new childcare centre in Evanston Gardens, where children aged six weeks to six years are encouraged to be creative, bold, and imaginative in their learning. To Be Considered, You Will Have:

• Diploma or Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA).
• Strong experience as an Educational Leader and a willingness to work on the floor.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and previous experience in the early years sector (desirable).
• Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent.
