We are seeking a talented Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our cosy service team! We have an experienced and supporting Centre Manager who is waiting to interview you! ABOUT YOU: -Having a National Police Check valid within 6 months or willingness to complete - Have work experience within the early childhood sector more so with implementing kinder program - Holding core values of building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with children, families and colleagues - Mindset of respect and appreciation of a strong team culture of working together - Approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification - Current work with children check - Approved Qualification KEY DUTIES: - Closely work with Educational Leader to establish and execute suitable educational programs. - Closely work with experts from Finland to embed Finnish early childhood education concepts into the educational programs. - Create positive learning environments for the children in the kinder room. - Observe and record children’s learning progress and discuss with Educational Leader about any potential improvement of the educational programs. - Participate training about Finnish early childhood education concepts. - Apply Finnish early childhood education concept into Australia early childhood education concepts to form unique programs suitable for the children. - Establish and execute programs for children. - Communicate with children and their parents about their learning in the centre. - Communicate with the parents about our Finnish early childhood education concept. - Participate in marketing activities to promote our centre and our Finnish early childhood education concept.
