About the role

We are looking for casual qualified personal care workers who have a driver’s licence and car to join our rapidly growing team. Shifts are available between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.

You will be providing assistance at home and in the community, such as

Transport
Shopping
Personal care
Companionship
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Social and community access

Our benefits

The starting casual hourly rate is from $36.18 per hour + shift loadings + 11.5% superannuation
Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.

Qualifications

About you

A genuine passion for providing high quality care to your clients
Great communication & team work skills
Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change
A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
Current Driver’s licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
Australian Federal Police Check
NSW Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.
