Our Sales Department in Wynnum West Brisbane is looking for an e Commerce Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
Customer Service
  • Responsible for communications with The Iconic via Seller Centre regarding stock availability, order change requests, wrong item received etc.
  • Communications with Big W via email regarding returns, website issues, customer queries on postage ect.
Maintenance
  • Assist in the setup of sales driving activities including offers and promotions for digital marketplaces in collaboration with e Commerce Manager, Commercial Director and Head of Marketing.
  • Assist in publishing new product across Marketplaces and maintain storefronts in line with marketing campaigns.
  • Update product images across Marketplaces & Own e Commerce stores.
  • Inspect Iconic Returns and generate SAP return documents for all marketplaces.
  • Assist in reporting on the Promotional Calendar for digital marketplaces.
Product Selection:
  • Assist with order quantities and planning for digital marketplaces’ assortment, in conjunction with the e Commerce Manager & Merchandise Manager, using relevant data.
  • Using data and insights, assist e Commerce Manager to improve product ranges, focusing on increasing sales and reducing markdown quantities.
  • With the use of available data continuously improve understanding the consumer target across Marketplaces.
  • Understand Features & Benefits of all product and process of Bra Fitting.
Planning/Analyst:
  • Assist with the input for Weekly Sales Review meetings.
  • Identify strong sellers and optimize under-performing product listings.
Assist with Reporting:
  • Weekly and monthly POS reports to Management, in conjunction with other stakeholders
  • Measure track & evaluate UPT, VPT, conversion.
  • Sell through reports at season end for product range evaluation.
  • Assist with Monthly forecast numbers for AU and NZ e Com.
Other
  • Assist in e Com and digital marketplace process.
  • Adhere to Triumph Company policies and procedures


Your ideal profile:
  • A formal qualification in business management, IT or Digital Communication would be well regarded.
  • Proven track record within a retail administrative environment
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
Technical skills:
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • e Com Content Management Experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and research ability.
Language Skills:
  • Well developed written and verbal communication skills
IT proficiency:
  • Understanding of Online and Offline Shopping behaviour, technical website knowledge.
  • Database management and SAP experience desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Knowledge in Shopify and Adobe programs like Photoshop desirable (highly regarded but not essential).
Other skills:
  • Understanding of the fashion/intimate apparel market in Australia is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated on the latest ecommerce trends and technologies.
  • Must be open to new ideas and ways of doing business.
