THE ROLE The successful candidate will be pivotal in coordinating e-commerce activities, including maintaining our 7+ online sites, managing product listings, managing SEO content setup to support our industry leading UX. Reporting to the Head of e Commerce, this role will be responsible for:
Daily site inspections
Deal management
Bundles management
Sales, inventory and product velocity reporting as needed
Gift card and discount code allocation for internal and external promotions
Web content setup, including educational articles to support SEO & SERP results
Upload, organise and manage files to ensure easy access and retrieval
Contributing to ongoing innovation across our e Commerce platforms as well as research into new available extensions and apps to improve conversion and user experience
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Previous experience in Shopify and Adobe Photoshop suite
Intermediate Excel skill level
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
SEO and content for web knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge of working across ecommerce
The following skills and experiences are advantageous, but not necessary:
Knowledge of our project management tools: Monday, Google Drive, Dropbox
Basic HTML & CSS language knowledge
Degree or qualification in Marketing/IT
