Job Description
Sodexo are currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the team in a permanent, full-time capacity working on a FIFO – 14 days ON 14 days OFF Roster from Perth.
Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees.
Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to:

Job Description
Sodexo are currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the team in a permanent, full-time capacity working on a FIFO – 14 days ON 14 days OFF Roster from Perth.
Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees.
Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
- Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
- Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow
- Uphold and enforce company policies
- Train new hires
- Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
- Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction
- Schedule shifts
- Help management create the department budget
- Address customer issues and complaints
- Stay up-to-date with organisational changes, issues and improvements and communicating these to other staff members
- Working both day and night shifts

Qualifications
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role
- Catering / Chef knowledge (beneficial)
- Customer service experience
- Team management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Degree in Dietetics, Food Service Management, Nutrition or Hospitality
