- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in opening / closing, back of house administration
- Support the recruitment, induction, and training of FOH team
- Ability to oversee functions and events on both a large and small scale
- Friendly, energetic & hard-working attitude
- Available weekdays and weekends
- RSA a must
