We are looking for a reliable and professional Private Driver to provide safe and efficient transport for the company’s management. In addition to driving duties, this role includes handling simple personal assistant tasks such as running errands and helping with day-to-day personal or administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport management to various locations in and around Sydney, ensuring timely arrival.
- Maintain and ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle, including regular servicing and inspections.
- Perform personal assistant duties such as running errands, picking up and delivering items, managing appointments, and completing administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth operation of management’s daily routines.
- Be available to travel with the management team to various locations around Australia when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Valid Full Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas, including traffic patterns and best routes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility to travel around Australia with management as needed.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous experience as a driver or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
