About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Disability Support Worker with expertise in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, empowering them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.dedicated. Someone with the flexibility to work across mornings and afternoons. Please note that this work will be a mix of short shifts (3 to 5 hours) and longer shifts (8 to 10 hours) depending on participant requirements.

You must have:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability/ Aged care
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working With Children Check - W.A. (or willing to obtain)
- Proof of working rights - passport; birth certificate; visa
- Valid West Australian driver's license
- A reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- First Aid and CPR qualifications (or willing to obtain
- National Police Clearance
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication competency certificate
