Allmat - “All Materials” Timber & Building Supplies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to our trade & wholesale customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Assist with order placement and ensure accuracy in product details.
- Coordinate with dispatch for timely and accurate order deliveries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and collaborate with teams for solutions.
- Utilize MS Office, particularly Excel, for managing data and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Strong Excel formula skills are highly desirable.
- Experience: While timber or trade industry experience is a plus, we welcome new and eager learners.
- MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office, including strong Excel skills with formulas, is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliability: Punctuality and responsibility are key.
