Allmat - “All Materials” Timber & Building Supplies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to our trade & wholesale customers.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Assist with order placement and ensure accuracy in product details.
Coordinate with dispatch for timely and accurate order deliveries.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and collaborate with teams for solutions.
Utilize MS Office, particularly Excel, for managing data and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Strong Excel formula skills are highly desirable.
Qualifications:
Experience: While timber or trade industry experience is a plus, we welcome new and eager learners.
MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office, including strong Excel skills with formulas, is essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Organization: Strong multitasking abilities.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Reliability: Punctuality and responsibility are key.
