Contractor Site Element Lead

You Have:
-
5+ years of experience as a lead within programs and projects or directly managing programs and projects of smaller size, scope, and complexity
-
5+ years of experience supporting 24/7 operational environments, preferably supporting ground stations
-
5+ years of experience performing in roles that are in support of mission operations
-
Experience working within the Intelligence Community
-
Knowledge of project management principles and planning
-
Knowledge of information technology procedures and practices
-
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
Nice If You Have:

Experience working with Government personnel to plan, establish, and manage projects on-site
-
Experience serving as the liaison between the program manager and the technical members of the assigned projects
-
Experience working with Government personnel to define project requirements and responsibilities with stakeholders
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
