About the Role:
- Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership to the cleaning team, offering guidance, support, and training.
- Operations: Oversee daily cleaning operations, maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance.
- Scheduling: Manage staff rostering and scheduling using relevant software.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on staff, property, and equipment issues.
- Client Liaison: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Recruitment: Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Service Improvement: Implement service improvement projects and contingency plans.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and use data to inform decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Current and valid driver's licence.
- Police, Working with Children, and NDIS checks.
- Proven management experience in the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with rostering programs and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software and data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, compassion, and a client-focused approach.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
