Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to high standards
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used effectively and safely
- Replace bedding, towels, and replenish room supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs to management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and practices
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and staff
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as required (e.g., carpets, windows, furniture)
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good time management skills
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job (e.g., lifting, bending)
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic
