Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of cleaning services, including floor care, dusting, and disinfecting areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Participate in the hospital's Infection Control program, following established protocols.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and equipment is well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to service requests and maintain confidentiality and courtesy in all interactions.
- Higher School Certificate (preferred).
- Experience in cleaning within a healthcare environment or similar is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and infection control principles.
- Strong customer service focus and high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in adhering to workplace health and safety practices.
