The Role:
Best&Less has an opportunity for a Casual Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Woy Woy store in NSW.
As an integral member of the Woy Woy ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
Your day will consist of:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
- Passionate about the customer experience
- At least 1 years experience in retail
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Available to work weekday, weekends and late nights & public holiday's if required
- Desire to develop your career in retail

Job Type: Casual
Pay: Up to $35.18 per hour
