The Role:
Best & Less has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Part Time Team Member/3IC to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Fulham Gardens Store.
As an integral member of the Fulham Gardens ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
Your day will consist of:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude – we can teach the rest!
- A willingness to learn, develop & lead
- Available to work flexible hours - across all days of the week
- Desire to develop your career in retail

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $25.80 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
