Life at Mission Australia
When you join the team at Mission Australia, you become part of a community who are determined to end homelessness and ensure people in need can thrive. United by our Christian purpose and values, we stand together with anyone who needs us, for as long as they need us.
Your Opportunity
Are you ready to be at the heart of an exciting, high-impact campaign? As the Campaign Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, working side by side with the Campaign Director to bring our Comprehensive Fundraising Campaign to life. From organising key materials to managing data and keeping everything on track, your coordination and support will be crucial to our success. If you’re a master of multitasking, have excellent attention to detail, love working in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a real difference, this is your chance to shine!
Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Assist the Campaign Director with coordinating timelines, processes, travel arrangements, and tracking deliverables.
  • Organise supporter events, manage meetings, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and processing invoices.
  • Help produce campaign materials for pitches and proposals and conduct research on potential partnerships.
  • Maintain and organise campaign documentation in Share Point, ensuring files and correspondence are up to date.
  • Manage supporter records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and keeping contact details current.
Requirements for Success
  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Fundraising Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant, preferably with an understanding of fundraising or marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), with a solid understanding of marketing principles and tools being advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effectively managing relationships with multiple high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the capability to prioritise tasks, monitor deadlines, and follow up on key issues.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks.
