Love fast-paced fun and have a hawk eye for detail? Join our team as a Cage Cashier! You'll be the friendly face of our casino, handling transactions and keeping things smooth. This vital role is perfect for someone who thrives on great customer service and accuracy. Be a key player in creating unforgettable memories for our guests!
Right now, we are looking for Cage Cashiers on a Part Time basis.
So, what does the role look like?
You will be responsible for counting, cashing and balancing chips, cash, cheques, foreign currency and petty cash. Processing customer and gaming machine pay-outs. Ensuring the correct usage of Cashless Gaming products and EFTPOS. Issuing cheques and accurately checking transfers, floats, and outlet revenue.
So, what do you look like?
You're someone who has a professional image and who loves building rapport and engaging with our customers whilst keeping a good eye on what you're doing. You enjoy the hustle and bustle of working in such a unique environment and you'll demonstrate excellent analytical and numerical skills. If you have had previous banking or cash handling experience this is highly desired. You will need to be able to work in a diverse and demanding environment, be available to be rostered over a 24/7 roster and be an amazing customer service professional.
