Key responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support to the business, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties
Assist Senior Leaders, undertaking aspects of their role i.e. managing calendars, scheduling meetings
Record meeting notes, documenting key takeaway and action items
Maintain records, and ensuring document are up to date, organised and accessible
Develop, prepare, and produce correspondence, documents, reports and present in a timely, efficient and professional manner
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress and coordination with relevant stakeholders
General office management such as ordering stationary, managing office equipment, and coordinating vendors or service providers
Organize events, meetings and conferences, including booking venues, catering, preparing materials and coordinating participants
Organise travel and accommodation for team members (including Board members), both nationally and internationally
Provide support and general administration to ensure the smooth running of the Perth office.
About you
Demonstrated 3-5 years in a Business Support Administrator position, or similar, ideally in a fast paced environment
Exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars in a project support or coordination capacity
Demonstrates a high level of technical competency, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including Share Point
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Ability to work as a part of a team or autonomously
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of and maintenance of professional and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong organisational and multitasking skill with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Lastly, you are a self starter, positive ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated with the drive to succeed!
