Our factory in Armidale is a beauty to see with an amazing selection of buildings under construction at any time. The genius of the manufacturing process is the regulated ‘drum beat’ that it runs to. A bit like a car factory – each building moves through a production line of work stations. Starting off as a steel chassis and ending up as a completed, ready to occupy building in as little as 21 days.

Description:
Mission: Construct high quality buildings within specified TAKT time

Core Accountabilities:

To assist in all aspects of modular construction as required in the factory
Follow standardised processes to maximise efficiencies

Deliverables:

Meet TAKT time expectations for on-time completion
Maintain workstation presentation, organisation, safety and processes to world class standards
Output quality exceeds customer expectations
Contribute to a safe work environment
