About Us:
Polyaire, an international manufacturer and wholesale distributor of air conditioning products, is seeking a Branch Supervisor to join our team in Dandenong. With 27 branches across Australia and over 50 years of industry experience, we are leaders in providing sustainable comfort through innovative Air Touch solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
The Branch Supervisor oversees branch staff and daily operations, improves office and warehouse processes, builds strong relationships with key account holders, and manages stock levels. Compliance with WHS legislation is also essential. The ideal candidate has proven management experience, strong customer focus, staff development skills, high-level organisational and communication abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to maintain accurate inventory records.
Oversee the storage, packing, and dispatch processes for customer orders.
Supervise the planning and layout of the branch facilities.
Train and develop branch employees to ensure adherence to Polyaire policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Managers on operational matters.
Assist with counter sales as needed.
Evaluate the performance of branch staff and provide feedback.
Prepare reports on branch operations as required.

Qualifications/Attributes:

Technical or tertiary qualifications preferred, along with work experience in the air-conditioning industry.
Design experience is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities are required, contributing to the operations network.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
